Neighborhood Associations

Neighborhood Associations

Neighborhoods are the building blocks of our community. Elkhart's strength and dynamism are rooted in neighborhoods, where pride and diversity in our homes and surroundings are cherished. While each neighborhood has a distinct appeal, all of our neighborhoods have similar goals. They all want to help make Elkhart one of the best cities in the country to start a career, raise a family and build a life.

In this section of the website, we invite you to explore Elkhart's neighborhoods - and the abundance of resources they offer. At the heart of our community-based blueprint is the Neighborhood Action Strategy. This inclusive plan promotes, facilitates and maximizes resident input and participation in all aspects of City government through service requests, public meetings and the creation of six tactical neighborhood zones.
