CSO 6 & 7 Pump & Storage Facility

DLZ has designed a 1.1 million gallon storage facility which will be constructed by Grand River Construction (GRC) beneath the parking lot adjacent to Knights of Columbus. The project will also feature water main upgrades, streetscape and ADA improvements.

Time Line
July 25, 2014  -  Ground Breaking at Burton upon Trent Park

July 28, 2014 - GRC closed the Gause lot and started bringing in larger equipment, began work on the Lexington Ave. water main, and completed temporary parking striping on Waterfall.   

Construction will continue until November 2015.

Waterfall Dr and Lexington Ave will be impacted the duration of the project.
