CSO 6 & 7 Pump & Storage Facility

Project

A 1.1 million gallon storage facility was constructed by Grand River Construction (GRC) beneath the parking lot adjacent to Knights of Columbus. The project also featured water main upgrades, streetscape and ADA improvements.  The new tank stores combined sewage during rainfall events and eliminates 8.4 million gallons of sewage overflow into the Elkhart River each year.
